Dr. Sykes earned his undergraduate degree (1986) and Doctor of Dental Surgery (1992) from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also earned an Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Sykes is a native North Carolinian, and has practiced in Raleigh since 1997. We moved to our current location in September 2007. Dr. Sykes maintains memberships in the American Dental Association (ADA); The Academy of General Dentistry (AGD); North Carolina Dental Society (NCDS) and the Organization for Safety, Asepsis and Prevention (OSAP). Dr. Sykes enjoys time with his wife and three children. His hobbies include photography, the Great Outdoors (canoeing, backpack camping and following Tarheel sports).
