Graduate School Name	Dr. Creasman received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from the Medical College of Georgia.
Additional Professional Education & Training	Dr. Creasman has completed hundreds of hours of post-graduate training in cosmetic dentistry at programs such as the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies and PAC-Live - the University of the Pacific Continuum on Aesthetic Dentistry. He is also a general member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Creasman is an instructor of cosmetic dentistry to other dentist at dental schools around the country with The Hornbrook Group.
